  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking (if available) once your order ships

  • Items shipped directly from our store in Alaska

  • Estimated delivery:

    • 3–7 business days (USA)

    • 7–14 business days (international)

2. 📦 Distributor / Supplier Shipping

  • Some products may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers or distributors

  • Estimated delivery:

    • 5–12 business days (USA)

    • 7–21 business days (international)

📌 Note: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • We may offer:

    • Free Shipping promotions

    • Flat-rate shipping on selected items

⏳ Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed to the carrier.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
